We are glad to invite you to participate in the most awaiting trek cum exploration to the valley of shadow's, The Sandhan Valley, our second visit of this winter… a mesmerizing walk through a valley, formed by the tallest walls of sahyadri..a walk to remember, rappells in between and a camping at the lake, below...
“SANDHAN”…. is a beautiful place situated in the Western Ghats near Ratangad. Amidst the water carved valley of 50 to 500 feet deep and around two km long. Experience the heart throbbing crossing of 4 feet deep water pool in the way of rock floored water carved valley. You will enjoy the thrill of rappelling at three – four places. This will be your memorable trek.
Here we won’t be hiking a fort or a pinnacle but what we are going to visit is
2 km long natural gorge formed by the force of flowing water. It’s a kind of
experience to walk through this 500 ft deep narrow gorge where in one has to
tackle uneven rock patches, patches where in one has to cross water pools as
deep as 4 ft.Place: Sandhan Valley

Rappelling Height: few patches of around 40 ft high.

We will be leaving by Last Kasara Slow Local

Day 2 -
6.00 am -- Wake Up
Finish morning refreshments
Start descend towards Dehne
Travel Dehne to Shahapur by local transport
1:30 pm -- Reach Shahapur
Proceed for Asangaon
Reach Mumbai by Local train by 08:00 pm
(depending upon the railway mega blocks)
The cost for the trek is Rs. 1600/-
The cost Includes:
Transportation from Kasara to Samrad (12th Dec.) & Dehne to Asangaon (13th Dec.) by Private vehicle, Breakfast (12th & 13th Dec.) & Dinner (12th Dec.).
Rappelling & expertise charges.

■ Mumbai Outdoors hold the right to change the venue, or date, of the event,
■ Event may be cancelled or postponed due to natural calamity, any system error,
■ In case event place or venue is changed, Mumbai Outdoors will notify same to participants by phone, web and Face book, WhatsApp no change in costing will be charged.
■ In case of cancellation of event, money will be returned to those who have enrolled, without any cutting.
■ In case of cancellation of event, from participant's side, no money will be returned.
Note: - All our treks are Eco-friendly treks; kindly take care of nature around us. Smoking and Drinking alcohol during trek is strictly prohibited if anyone found doing that will be expelled from trek without refund.
